Ambassador Page

Ambassadors are a passionate group of dedicated volunteers who help spread awareness of The Couchiching Conservancy and the work we do. They attend community events with display booths, call supporters to invite them to events, deliver Passport to Nature booklets, and more!

As an ambassador, you have the ability to share your passion for a healthy environment with others, meet like-minded people who share the same vision, and help expand the land trust movement in your region. By working together, ambassadors help us build a community of supporters to drive change at a local level.

On this page you will find all the resources you need as an Ambassador. If you have any questions or there are other documents you would like us to include, please email Joelle at info@couchconservancy.ca

2019 Ambassador Event Calendar

The event calendar has changed. We have moved away from the calendar style layout, to the event calendar drop down. This layout allows you to see information about each event and is easier to read. Like the other layout better? Please let us know.

This event calendar includes a list of all the events the ambassador team will be participating in this year. To volunteer for an event please email Joelle at info@couchconservancy.ca

Please see the calendar’s legend below:

Colour of Event

Green: The event is a go! We have enough ambassadors volunteering to participate in this event.

Red: There are not enough ambassadors volunteering for this event yet. If there is not at least one ambassador listed, we cannot participate in this event.

Please note: There is no maximum number of ambassadors who can volunteer for an event. If all the spots are filled on the calendar, please let us know and we will add you in!

Missed out on the 2019 in person Ambassador Training Workshop? Good news, you can still be an Ambassador! We have created an online webinar style ambassador training session for individuals who did not have the chance to attend the workshop in April. The webinar will include all of the same information that was covered at the workshop.
