continued from spec notes: stuck to the root system, and the main granite rock left bare. The white pine was
healthy. 6 weeks later the Pholiota is growing from the centre of the root structure -it had never seen sun or air
before, so everything has happened in 6 weeks.

GROUP
Fasciculate in 2 main groups, with about 20 caps in each group. Size: 2.5-5.5 diameter, max. height is 3 cm, convex,-
campanulate, but irregularly so, since they were deformed by other caps or fine tree rootlets; greasy, smooth. It was
necessary to wash some specimens to see the colour, because of the spores and dirt from the tree root. Nevertheless,
some veil remnants remained which were 55. strong brown. Colour: 86. light yellow; the narrow margins were darker- 58.
CAP
3-6 cm high, 0.3 -0.6 cm diameter, central, but very curved,to get the caps into the sunlight. Dry. There were
remnants of the veil on the smallest ( even after the wash). Colour 86. light yellow at apex soon becoming 55. strong
brown.
