about 15 in a cluster on a stump; most of them are pushing the bark away and growing from under the bark.
Cap 2.5-6 cm diameter, and 1.5 - 3 cm high, convex, no umbo, darkened areas at margins of cap, which may be gill
remnants. Hygrophanous, sticky, with thin brownish circumferential veil remnants. Colour: 54. brownish orange at centre
and also veil remnants, on a yellow background: 98. brilliant greenish yellow, drying to 102. medium grayish yellow on the

3-8 cm high, 0.6 - 1.2 cm diameter. The specimens that are trying to reach the light from under the bark are 0.5 cm
diameter and 8 cm in length. Colour: 101. light greenish for about 1 cm at apex, then, 55. strong brown from the veil
remnants ( I guess,) over the rest of the stipe.
