1.2 - 5 cm. Campanulate, with umbo, expanding to plane, but maintaining broad umbo. Margins inrolled initially, with a
white veil. After expanding the cap develops a fully upturned margin, striate for 1/2 cm from margin., probably thin veil
remnants. Cap: smooth, sticky . Colour: Younger specimens : central area 98. brilliant greenish yellow, knob - 82. very
yellow, rest of cap- 89. greenish yellow. Older specimens 82. very yellow knob, 99. strong greenish yellow for the rest of

fibrils ascend to 1/2 cm below gills i.e. above evanescent poorly demarcated ring. Stuffed, equal, central. 2-5
